The Senior Trainer in Learning and Development (L&D) plays a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of employees within the construction and building industry. The Senior Trainer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that align with the company's strategic goals. Responsibilities:
