Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time, on-site position will oversee the financial operations across Kuwait, Jordan, and Bahrain, ensuring strategic financial planning and execution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial management, regulatory compliance, and regional market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's business objectives.
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across multiple regions.
• Ensure adherence to tax laws, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team.
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar senior financial leadership role, preferably in a regional or multinational organization.
• Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the IT industry and regional financial regulations is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is highly desirable.
