We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer to oversee and manage the operations department within our swimming pool company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mechanical engineering, strong leadership skills, and a passion for swimming pool systems and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Lead and manage the operations team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems for swimming pools, including pumps, filters, heating, and sanitation equipment.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to team members and clients regarding mechanical systems and pool technologies.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Budget Management: Control department budgets and assist in cost estimation for projects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales, design, and customer service, to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
