Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high quality Italian cuisine dishes according to the restaurant's recipes
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of the assigned station in the kitchen
  • Assist in the development and creation of new dishes and menu items
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to achieve culinary excellence


Skills

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or relevant position in Italian cuisine
  • Strong knowledge of Italian culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavors
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation
  • Valid food handling certificate

Desired Experience:

  • 5-10 years of experience working in Italian restaurants or similar establishments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional dishes consistently
  • Experience in menu development and costing
