This is a full-time on-site role as a sales specialist at Marhaba GTS in Kuwait. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for business development, managing retail partnerships, driving sales, and facilitating digital payments. The role entails creating and delivering training programs, managing sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Partnership Specialist or in a similar role, ideally within the merchant acquiring, loyalty solutions, fintech, or program management space.
- Deep understanding of the retail industry in Kuwait, including key players, market trends, and dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring both parties' needs are met.
- Strategic mindset with a creative approach to uncovering innovative partnership opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills to assess partnership performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Ability to thrive independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Arabic being highly desirable.
