Job Summary:

A Female Secretary provides administrative support to executives, managers, and other staff. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage day-to-day operations efficiently, including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining office records. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


Roles and Responsibilities

Calendar Management: Organize and maintain the CEO’s schedule, prioritizing appointments, and ensuring seamless time management.

Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders; manage emails, phone calls, and messages.

Meeting Preparation: Coordinate and prepare for meetings by compiling documents, creating agendas, and taking minutes as needed.

Document Preparation: Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.

Project Support: Assist with special projects, research, and data gathering as required by the CEO.

Personal Tasks: Manage personal tasks and errands for the CEO when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting C-suite executives.

Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling software.


Call Center Associate

Job Summary:

A Call Center Associate is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner. They address customer inquiries, provide product or service information, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. The position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns by identifying the cause of the problem, offering solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve service and resolve any challenges.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus).
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Proficiency in using computers and call center technology (Microsoft Office, ticketing systems, etc.).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bilingual skills (English and Arabic).
