Kitchen Technician
Key Responsibilities:
· Inspect, maintain, and repair kitchen appliances, including walk-in chiller/Freezer, ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and fryers.
· Conduct routine preventive maintenance on all kitchen equipment.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions or breakdowns to minimize downtime.
· Install new kitchen equipment as needed and ensure proper functionality.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including electrical and gas safety.
· Collaborate with kitchen staff to address equipment needs and provide operational support.
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
· Order and manage spare parts inventory.
