Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of English Department at Al-Nibras International Bilingual School – NIS in Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The Head of English Department will be responsible for overseeing the English curriculum, teacher training, student assessment, and academic performance within the English department.
Qualifications
- English Teaching and English Literature skills
- Qualified Teacher with experience in Curriculum Development
- Strong background in Education
- Experience in designing and implementing educational programs and assessments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to mentor and coach teaching staff
- Experience in an international or bilingual school setting is a plus
- Master's degree in English, Education, or related field
