  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  • Provide basic guidance on policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and supporting the hiring process.
  • Help create and implement onboarding plans.
  • Support the development of training and development programs.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Help manage disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Maintain employee records in accordance with policy and legal requirements.
  • Assist in reviewing employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

Skills

  • Proven working experience as HR Officer or other HR Executive.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong ethics and reliability.
