We are a startup company involved in the B2C distribution of food items and groceries with a vision to expand in all GCC markets. We are looking to hire a Customer Service Executive to manage customer queries and complaints.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Desired Requirements
- Must have at least 1 to 3 years of experience. Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
- Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic is a must
