Job Purpose:
Participate in a comprehensive training program designed for fresh graduates, rotating through various IT Units at the bank. Gain hands-on experience and develop a broad understanding of IT functions while contributing to departmental projects and initiatives.

Corporate Governance and Compliance: Work fully within risk policies and procedures and compliance regulations and ensure all divisional activities comply with corporate governance & regulatory/legal frameworks
Department Rotation: Rotate through assigned IT units to gain practical experience and insights into core functions and operations.
Learning and Development: Engage in training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning to develop technical skills and industry knowledge.
Project Participation: Assist in divisional projects and initiatives, contributing ideas and support to enhance processes and solutions.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and mentors to understand best practices and gain exposure to various IT roles.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training activities, progress, and feedback to support personal development and performance evaluations
Education:
- graduate with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in IT with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
