Key Responsibilities:
· Outbound Sales Calls: Make outgoing calls to potential customers. Promoting products or services, answer questions etc.
· Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments with prospective customers for further discussions with sales teams.
· Customer Feedback & Information Gathering: Collect feedback on products or services & address any concerns.
· Database Management: Update CRM system, noting customer interactions, lead status.

· Requirement open to Lebanese female candidates only
· Strong communication skills
· Basic computer proficiency
· Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/ customer service role.
· Must be fluent in English communication
· Duty Hours 9am – 5 pm
