Job Description:
The F&B Outdoor Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales by identifying and securing new B2B clients for our central kitchen's multiple brands. This role involves frequent fieldwork to establish and nurture relationships with various institutions such as schools, universities, cafes, restaurants, and corporate clients. The specialist will promote a diverse product portfolio, tailored to each client’s needs, and actively participate in expanding brand visibility and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Retention:
- Identify potential clients in the B2B sector and initiate contact through cold calls, visits, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Product Promotion & Presentation:
- Present and promote multiple brand offerings from the central kitchen portfolio, adapting sales strategies to highlight specific brand strengths.
- Organize tastings, product demonstrations, and sampling sessions for potential clients to introduce new and seasonal offerings.
- Provide in-depth knowledge about each brand’s products, ingredients, and unique selling points.
Sales Strategy & Market Expansion:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for each brand in the central kitchen portfolio.
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, industry trends, and potential markets.
- Track competitor activity and adjust sales tactics accordingly to maintain competitiveness.
Sales Targets & Reporting:
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue reports.
- Provide regular feedback and reports on market insights, client needs, and product performance.
Brand Promotion & Public Relations:
- Represent the central kitchen brands at various events, fairs, and networking functions to increase brand visibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and organizations for enhanced brand credibility and partnerships.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of proven sales experience in the F&B industry, particularly in B2B or wholesale.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse client base.
- Knowledge of F&B trends and customer preferences, with the ability to leverage this in sales.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English & Arabic
