Employment: Full Time

Manage daily SWIFT message processing, including payments, trade finance, and securities transactions, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
Monitor SWIFT systems for operational issues, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with IT for system upgrades and troubleshooting.
Ensure adherence to SWIFT compliance standards, AML/KYC regulations, and implement risk controls to secure transaction processing.
Conduct daily reconciliation of SWIFT transactions, promptly resolve discrepancies, and prepare operational reports for management.
Work closely with departments such as Treasury, Payments, and IT to optimize SWIFT workflows and provide guidance to team members on SWIFT protocols.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SWIFT operations within a financial institution.
Proficiency in SWIFT messaging standards (MT/MX) and payment processing systems.
Strong understanding of compliance (AML/KYC) and risk management in SWIFT transactions.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
Preferred: Experience with SWIFT Alliance Access, SWIFTNet, and knowledge of ISO 20022 standards.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Resident of Kuwait.
