Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Officer at Elegir Trading Co. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, providing support, and enhancing the overall customer experience through effective communication and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Provide product information and assist customers with order placements and account inquiries.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
  • Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role (1-2 years).
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Can deal with VIP customers
