Role Description
The Business Analyst will support the FMCG company's growth by analyzing sales, supply chain, and market trends to drive operational efficiency and strategy. This role involves working closely with the commercial team to optimize processes and deliver data-driven solutions for business improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Data Analysis: Analyze market trends, sales data, and consumer behavior to guide decision-making and product distribution strategies.
- Solution Development: Develop business models and recommend strategies to enhance market performance and product availability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Bridge the gap between departments, ensuring alignment on objectives and deliverables.

Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Business Analysis
- Experience in FMCG or retail industries is preferred
- Strong data analysis skills, proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
