Job Responsibilities:
As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:
• Scouting potential vendors and adding them to a list of potential vendors.
• Engaging with potential vendors to explain FOHGAH’s platform, processes and benefits.
• Assisting new vendors (individuals and companies) through the onboarding process, from account creation to
service listing.
• Ensuring all vendor profiles meet company standards, including verifying credentials and ensuring compliance
with platform guidelines.
• Providing vendors with training materials and guidance on how to best present their experiences.
• Maintaining strong communication with vendors throughout the onboarding phase to ensure smooth
integration into the platform.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve any onboarding-related technical issues or concerns.
• Contributing to the development and improvement of the vendor onboarding process, making
recommendations to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Tracking and reporting key onboarding metrics to ensure targets are met.
