The Receptionist plays a crucial role in the hospitality and accommodation industry, serving as the first point of contact for guests and visitors. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.

  3. Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
  4. Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked.
  5. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  6. Assist in coordinating special requests and services for guests.
  7. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  9. Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
  10. Perform administrative tasks as required, including filing and data entry.
