Coordinate and undertake reviews of assigned tender and project documents to
assist in the preparation of technical and commercial bids for company projects & to
ensure the right pricing and activity measurements for future growth of the
organization.

Key Responsibilities:

 Attend pre-tender meetings with clients/main contractors to obtain inputs on tender and for
seeking clarifications on techno commercial matters, participate in site visits to enhance
awareness of work activity.
 Carry out pre bid designing and engineering for completion of estimation process.
 Prepare Bill of Quantity referring to technical specifications, drawings and prepare/float
Request for Quotation.
 Estimate project direct and indirect cost including manpower, equipment, tools and testing
equipment, temporary site facilities, transportation cost etc. for pricing.
 Prepare pricing summery sheet and forward it to Head of Estimation Department for markup.
 Prepare tech no commercial bid submittals and submit to client/ contractor upon approval
from Manager, Estimation & Proposals.
 Coordinate with Engineering/Planning/HSE sections for bid submittal preparations.
 Prepare tender highlight presentation for constructions team/concerned team for information
after award of contract.
 Assist project execution team with clarifications on techno commercial matters if requested.
 Perform any other duty requested by the Executive Director.

Skills

Bachelors in Electrical Engineering.

5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in UAE.

Exposure to Oil & Gas sector projects is a must.

Knowledge of Design & Engineering will be an added advantage.

Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office Applications
