Human Resources Officer


We are seeking a proactive and organized Human Resource Officer to join our team. The HR Officer will support day-to-day operations of the HR department, contribute to employee management, and ensure compliance with company policies. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of HR processes.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

*Should have experience in dealing with all government websites, including labor, health insurance, interior ministry, , etc.

*Assist in developing job descriptions, posting job ads, and managing recruitment channels.

*Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct preliminary interviews.

*Coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements.

Employee Onboarding:

*

Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Employee Records Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both digital and physical) such as contracts, attendance, and leave records.

Ensure compliance with legal and company policies regarding recordkeeping.

Payroll & Benefits Administration:

Should have experience in in the preparation of payroll by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, overtime, etc.).

Support employees on benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other company programs.

Employee Relations & Communication:

Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries.

Address employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary.

Foster a positive and collaborative workplace environment.

Compliance & Legal Requirements:

Assist in handling disciplinary actions, investigations, and grievances in accordance with company policy.

Performance Management:

Assist in implementing performance evaluation processes and tools.

Support managers in performance reviews, training, and development plans.

HR Reporting & Analytics:

Prepare HR-related reports, such as recruitment metrics, turnover rates, and employee satisfaction surveys.

Training & Development:

Coordinate and facilitate internal training programs and initiatives.

Support in identifying employee development needs and ensuring the availability of relevant training resources.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR officer, HR assistant, or relevant role.

Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word).

Strong knowledge of Kuwait labor laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
