We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Bilingual Customer Success Executive to join our growing Auto parts sales team located in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer satisfaction and will play a critical role in helping our clients maximize the value of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive customers, including retailers, garages, and fleet operators.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate auto parts and services tailored to their requirements.
- Monitor customer engagement, usage metrics, and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with sales, technical support, and logistics teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and business reviews with customers to assess satisfaction and gather insights.
- Identify upselling and cross-sell opportunities to enhance customer accounts and drive revenue growth.
- Stay informed and updated about industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings to provide relevant information to customers.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- Proven work experience of 2-5 years in customer success, account management, or sales within the automotive or related industries in Kuwait is a must.
- Strong knowledge of auto parts and aftermarket services is preferred.
- Arabic speaker with proficiency in English language.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive customer service mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
