To co-ordinate publications and to maintain the school website and Social Media, and to work with the Marketing and Communications Manager (MAC) to ensure the effective marketing of the company.

  • Coordinate product, event, or content email marketing campaigns, including copy, scheduling, testing, and database management.
  • Collaborating with the external vendors to ensure the success of the marketing programs.
  • Creating a thorough plan for the execution, working with the vendors to organize and supervise logistics, and managing registrations, among other things.
  • Upholding a cooperative relationship with outside vendors to ensure the prompt and effective execution of marketing programs.

Skills

  • To coordinate publications with the company and to maintain the school website and Social Media.
  •   To ensure that the Corporate Identity Policy is applied completely and uniformly.
  •   In liaison with the authors, review school publications, recommend modifications, place finally amended and approved versions in the appropriate computer folders, and liaise with the company about production.
  •   To develop appropriate network folders and files to store internally produced school publications.
  •   To liaise with the members of the Senior Management Team to ensure that websites reflect the latest marketing initiatives.
  •   To liaise with the company to ensure that technical aspects of the website are maintained.
  •   To support the succession management policy of the school by ensuring that handbooks are kept up to date on policies and procedures.
  •   To ensure that the competencies of behavior management; communication, understanding of the business, results focus, customer service, personal effectiveness, leadership, and teamwork are put into practice as part of work performance.
  •  To collate suitable materials for use in the marketing of the Divisions of the company.
  •  To promote the company through the effective use of social media. To prepare articles and press releases for traditional media (newspapers, magazines, quarterly, radio, etc.)
  • To liaise with the Media team in preparing promotional materials such as roll-ups, banners, and flyers for use at corporate events.
  • To take a creative role in advising producers of events with regard to the promotion of the company. Examples include but are not limited to, MS PowerPoint presentations accompanying speeches.
  • To work with the MAC Manager regarding external events such as exhibitions that are held off-campus
