Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Representative at Fragrance Kw in Kuwait City. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, utilizing analytical skills to assess customer needs, effective communication with customers, and delivering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
