Established in 2014, Earth Roastery started as a home-based coffee roasting experiment and has since grown to offer a variety of specialty coffee blends worldwide. The company is dedicated to sharing knowledge about specialty coffee with the Middle East and GCC region, providing education on coffee growing regions, roasting techniques, and flavor evaluation.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Coordinator at Earth Roastery in Kuwait City. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for communication, sales, event planning, writing, and project management tasks. They will collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing strategies, plan and execute events, manage projects, and contribute to sales efforts.

• Experience in creating marketing materials and campaigns
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of the coffee industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
