NBK Wealth is recruiting for a Senior Officer – Graphic Designer for its Corporate Communications team in Kuwait.

In this role, you will be the creative force behind visual storytelling, simplifying complex ideas into elegant, engaging formats.   • Craft Impactful Visuals: Conceptualize and design visually striking artworks and multimedia that bring communication objectives to life. You’ll develop brand collateral such as pitchbooks, PPMs, website layouts, social media campaigns, integrated marketing campaigns, corporate profiles, and more, ensuring every project leaves a lasting impression.
  • Transform Presentations: Elevate communication materials by designing immersive presentation decks, graphs, infographics, and visuals that simplify complex information into engaging easy-to-understand formats.
  • Champion Brand Cohesion: Be the guardian of our brand's identity. Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all organizational initiatives, working closely with teams and stakeholders to maintain a unified brand experience, both internally and externally.
  • Coordinate Printing and Production: Oversee the production process from start to finish, liaising with printing presses to ensure the flawless delivery of communication materials. Manage mockup creation and coordinate with production partners to ensure high-quality execution.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of successful projects, from internal communication strategies to external marketing campaigns.
  • Proven success in designing and executing employee engagement initiatives, internal communication strategies, and branded content for various mediums.
  • Extensive experience creating diverse visual materials, including presentations, infographics, posters, motion graphics, corporate profiles, digital and print collateral, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Mastery of design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects, 3D design software and video editing programs, and other relevant tools.
  • Advanced presentation design skills in PowerPoint, capable of producing visually compelling and data-driven decks.
  • Strong understanding of branding and corporate identity, with the ability to maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Ability to manage production processes, including working with printers, and production teams, and overseeing the creation of mockups and final designs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output in every project, from large-scale campaigns to intricate design elements.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus), with the ability to articulate creative ideas clearly and collaborate with diverse teams across the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance creative excellence with business objectives, offering innovative solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • High energy, commitment, and enthusiasm, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen eye for detail and quality.
