Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will involve developing and implementing marketing strategies, driving sales growth, and building lasting relationships with clients. You will play a key role in promoting our ERP and POS solutions, targeting clients in the food, beverage, hospitality, and retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities, focusing on the food and beverage, hospitality, and retail industries.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospects.
- Collaborate with the product team to align marketing strategies with product development.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and social media.
- Track and report on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and ROI.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and POS systems, with experience in the food, beverage, or retail sectors being a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
