  • Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation to maximize productivity.
  • Inspecting facilities and equipment regularly to identify potential issues and scheduling repairs as needed.
  • Monitoring inventory levels of materials and equipment, ensuring the necessary resources are available for essential maintenance work.
  • Training and supervising staff, while fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Monitoring expenses and controlling the budget for maintenance.
  • Managing relationships with contractors and service providers.
  • Keeping maintenance logs and report on daily activities.


Skills

  • Diploma in mechanic (HVAC) or electricity or equivalent.
  • 5 years minimum experience in post-mix Coca-Cola is a must.
  • Excellent leadership skills. Proficiency in the English Language.
  • Microsoft Word skills. Valid driving license
