We at Julles are hiring a Sales and Customer Relations Lead - who will focus on increasing new clients, keeping our current clients impressed with our studio and services, and ensure everyone has an extraordinary experience every time they walk through the door. We have a process of tracking leads, we have ready made scripts to make the sales process easy for you.


The mission for this position is to sell memberships, serve our existing clients, follow up the clients so they upgrade their memberships.

Salary: 650 KWD does not include commission


Working houres and shifts

candidate must be flexible to work different shifts during the week

Start Time 8am, 9am, or 10am

8 houres shift

5 days a week with flexibility to work on Saturday


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through networking and referrals.
  4. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess their needs and address any concerns.
  5. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  6. Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  7. Provide training and support to junior sales staff to enhance team performance.
  8. Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  9. Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company and its services.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
