Area Leader - CAF Brand

Responsible for overseeing multiple stores to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in food service management, capable of driving performance and leading teams to achieve business objectives.

The Area Leader will play a crucial role in enhancing the brand's reputation and fostering a culture of excellence across all stores.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations across multiple stores to ensure compliance with company standards.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  3. Lead, train, and mentor the team to achieve performance goals.
  4. Monitor financial performance, and drive the sales target, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
  5. Conduct regular store visits to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
  7. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote services and enhance brand visibility.
  8. Resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly to maintain high service standards.
  9. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  10. Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management.

  1. Proven experience in a management role in the F&B Industry.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams.
  3. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.

  8. Willingness to travel between locations as required.
