We give users the option to pay tuition fees monthly by partnering with educational institutions such as schools, nurseries, and universities. This role will be based in Kuwait.

Your Role:


As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end coordination between RUBA’s key stakeholders, including educational institutions and financing partners. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring a seamless process for handling customer applications and coordinating the financing process from start to finish.


You will:


  • Oversee the flow of incoming applications from parents, ensuring all necessary information is collected and transferred accurately to our financing partners through our digital platform.
  • Liaise with financing partners to ensure timely and correct processing of applications.
  • Coordinate with educational institutions, ensuring all requirements are submitted to finalize the processing of applications.
  • Monitor the progress of applications and proactively resolve any issues that arise, ensuring that customers experience a smooth and hassle-free process.
  • Regularly update internal stakeholders on the status of applications and payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions within our system.
  • Work cross-functionally with the sales and customer care teams to enhance operational efficiency.

What we look for:


  • 3+ years of experience, with exposure to fintech, or financial services a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Problem-solver with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
  • Experience with CRM or similar digital systems is an advantage.
  • Valid driving license and reliable transportation.
