Fayda Strategic Advisory is seeking a professional Receptionist/Guest Relations Officer to join our team at Al Salam Mall. This role is at the heart of the mall management office's operations, ensuring visitors and tenants receive exceptional service and support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, tenants, and vendors with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
  • Answer and route phone calls, emails, and other inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, welcoming, and well-organized.
  • Assist with scheduling, appointments, and coordinating meetings for the mall management team.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and mail management, issue payment receipts.
  • Support the mall management team in handling tenant and customer queries.
  • Assist with guest relations, ensuring any concerns or feedback are handled promptly and professionally.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist, guest relations, or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • A customer-oriented attitude with the ability to manage front-desk operations smoothly.
  • Immediate start is preferred due to the urgency of this role.
