In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of eye disorders and vision problems. You will perform comprehensive eye examinations, conduct surgical procedures such as cataract and laser surgeries, and develop personalized treatment plans. - Perform comprehensive eye examinations to diagnose conditions.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and imaging technologies to assess patient conditions.
- Execute various surgical procedures.
- Manage pre-operative and post-operative care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and therapies.
- Provide follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding procedures and treatment options.
- Helps in the professional development of all staff and provides teaching materials as part of the professional development of the staff;
- Maintains a work environment that promotes high standards for patient care, customer service, and ethical behavior;
- Undertakes all work in accordance with the procedures and operating policies, including Infection Control, Health and Safety, Risk Management, etc

Education & Qualifications:
- MBBS and Specialty degree and High Qualification (Specialty Diploma, Fellowship, PhD, European Board, American, Canadian, German, Irish & UK Board);
- Experience not less than 20 years, 10 years after the high qualification will get Consultant level license;
- Willing to relocate to Kuwait.
