Long Description Job Summary
The Sr. Account Executive is responsile for implementing the sales plan and comply with the department objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Identifying potential customers
- Building a professional relation and network with new and existing customers
- Providing market updates and customer feedback
- Working together with the support team to address customer requirements and needs
- Preparing Sales Forecast
- holds responsibility for contracts and ongoing relationships with customer and works on continuous improvement of service offerings
- Seek customer contractual needs and monitor existing contracts, renew contracts when necessary, renegotiate contracts that are about to expire and have less than desirable terms, write amendments to bring existing contracts in line with policy, and terminate contracts no longer in use.
- Negotiate service offerings with customers with the balance to offer customer best value for money and maximize company profitability
- Manage tenders within government and semi-government accounts to ensure best bidding
- Manage the contract sales team to ensure best use of company resources
- Offer the higher management feedback about the progress of contract sales and tenders bidding progress
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma \ Bachelor Degree
- Up to 5 years of experience in smilar position
- Ability to work in team
- good interpersonal skills.
