We are seeking a dedicated and organized Store Keeper and Logistics Officer to manage inventory, oversee warehouse operations, and coordinate logistics. This dual role is crucial for ensuring efficient stock management and timely delivery of goods, contributing to our overall operational success.


Key Responsibilities:

Store Keeper:


Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.

Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments, ensuring quality and compliance.

Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Organize and maintain the storage area for optimal accessibility and safety.

  • Prepare and process documentation related to inventory transactions.

Skills

Logistics Officer:


Coordinate and oversee the logistics of outgoing and incoming shipments.

Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Track shipments and resolve any issues that arise during transportation.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in logistics.

Promote Our Brochures to the clinics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in inventory management and logistics operations.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
