- * Good experience in interior fit out works.
- * Proven track record in managing large-scale, high-profile design projects.
- * Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations for five-star hotel construction.
- * Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- * Age ideally 40 - 45 years.
- * Extensive experience in high-end hospitality design and interior fit-outs.
- * Expertise in coordinating complex design elements and ensuring project alignment with
- * luxury standards.
