Job Purpose
Job Purpose:
Responsible for day-to-day Business to Business sales activities of ORP products in addition to maintaining relations with customers and 3rd parties to build a wide network of contacts in order to achieve maximum sales profitability and growth within the relevant markets.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise all activities related to 3rd parties to ensure delivering their requests in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance to ORP’s set standards.
- Meet potential customers and business partners on-site at their locations and to search for new customers to establish new business relations.
- Assist in the negotiation of tender and contract terms, present customer quotations, and close the sales.
- Handle the communication with 3rd parties to maximize the market share and the overall sales.
- Monitor the sales performance of 3rd parties regularly, analyze sales performance (e.g. By category/ sub-category) and communicate analysis results to the Direct Manager and other Concerned Stakeholders.
- Handle and resolve any issue related to 3rd parties in a professional and timely manner and ensure communicating their feedback to the Concerned Stakeholders.
- Build and maintain solid and positive relationships with 3rd parties at all times.
- Continuously analyze the market and the expectations of all relevant customer groups.
- Manage and interpret customer requirements and persuade them to purchase the products that will best satisfy their needs.
- Ensure that Business to Business orders are being followed up and that the products are being shipped to the concerned stakeholders on time while coordinating with the concerned functions.
- Update the 3rd parties with monthly SOA and follow up for collecting payments monthly with coordination with the finance dept.
- Build relationships with clients based on trust and respect and the quality of ORP products and services.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
- Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes.
- Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
Reports
- Prepare and submit progress reports that cover Sales Department’s activities for the Direct Manager, as requested.
Qualifications and Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Work Experience
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the same or related fields.
