Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizational Structure: Update and maintain the organizational structure to reflect operational functions and reporting lines.
  • Job Descriptions: Create and regularly update job descriptions, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities.
  • Policy Development: Draft HR policies and an Employee Handbook aligned with Kuwait’s laws to promote a fair workplace culture.
  • Performance Management: Implement and oversee the performance management cycle, ensuring timely objective setting and evaluations.
  • Training Needs Assessment: Collaborate with managers to assess training needs and develop a comprehensive training calendar.
  • Surveys & Feedback: Conduct employee experience surveys, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to management.


What We’re Looking For:

  • A proactive approach to organizational development and learning with 2-4 years of experience.
  • Experience in implementing performance management frameworks and training programs.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with internal teams and external training providers
