Key Responsibilities:
- Organizational Structure: Update and maintain the organizational structure to reflect operational functions and reporting lines.
- Job Descriptions: Create and regularly update job descriptions, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities.
- Policy Development: Draft HR policies and an Employee Handbook aligned with Kuwait’s laws to promote a fair workplace culture.
- Performance Management: Implement and oversee the performance management cycle, ensuring timely objective setting and evaluations.
- Training Needs Assessment: Collaborate with managers to assess training needs and develop a comprehensive training calendar.
- Surveys & Feedback: Conduct employee experience surveys, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to management.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proactive approach to organizational development and learning with 2-4 years of experience.
- Experience in implementing performance management frameworks and training programs.
- Strong communication skills to engage with internal teams and external training providers
