ROLE PURPOSE
The Sales Account Manager will lead the acquisition of new clients and management of existing accounts, driving sales growth and revenue. They will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions that align with the organization's technology strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Lead the acquisition of new clients and management of existing accounts.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients at the executive level.
Understand clients' business needs and provide solutions that align with the organization's technology strategy.
Prepare and present proposals and sales contracts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Mentor and coach junior sales team members
Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the manager as needed, to adapt to business requirements and organizational changes.
Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting
- Fluent English (written and spoken) required. Arabic (written and spoken) will be an advantage.
- MS Office Suite: Particularly Advanced Excel, for managing, analyzing, and visualizing data.
- At least 6-8 years of experience in IT sales or a related field, preferably in the Telecommunication, Technology or ICT industry.
