Job Summary

The jobholder will be responsible for maintenance and support of payroll activities within Alghanim Industries, ensuring that payroll processes are handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all local and regulatory requirements while providing support to employees regarding payroll-related queries.

Job Responsibilities

Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of standard operating procedures, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement new processes to streamline the payroll function and develop best practice operations ensuring alignment to current policy, process, awards and best practice payroll approaches.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and advice and respond to and resolve complex enquiries and issues to ensure the provision of accurate information, and the timely and effective resolution of issues and requests for support.
  • Ensure accurate and correct information is entered into the payroll system.
  • Day to day issue resolution and guidance
  • Manage and maintain employee data to ensure accurate payment of salary and wages
  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
  • Calculate and process deductions, including social security.
  • Conduct payroll audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Review and validate payroll inputs, including salaries, benefits, allowances, and deductions.
  • Maintaining and processing overtime and weekly off cycle payments.
  • Processing monthly payroll salaries
  • follow up with Business on pending tasks and employee’s resumption in TH
  • Follow up with employee’s exit clearance and align with approvers
  • Responsible for the proper entry, storage, update, and security of employee personal data, updating personnel files and employee status changes.
  • Manage the filling process of different documents.
  • Preparation of travel authorizations, salary certificates, etc.
  • First point of contact for all payroll issues.
  • Any other duties/ projects assigned by Payroll Manager from time to time.

Education

Educated to university degree level, preferably from a business-related program, HR qualifications preferred butnot essential

Years of Experience
