Contracts and Proposals Specialist

  • handling administrative activities and support to the overall proposals process, ensuring that it is in alignment with management strategy and guidelines.
  • Draft and review contractual agreements and proposals between the company and the clients
  • Identify innovative ways for improving the efficiency of the Proposal process.
  • Read and analyze the RFP scope of work
  • Gather information and format each proposal according to the client guidelines.
  • Editing and revising proposals according to feedback.
  • Respond to RFQ/RFP releases and other calls for proposals; Drives proposal development and coordinates with internal divisions to ensure proposals meet all
  • customer requirements.
  • Enhance RFP and proposal response process to improve win rate.
  • Lead and organize ongoing proposal meetings to identify and answer queries and share information ensuring winning strategies are established and clearly conveyed in the submission.
  • Assess contractor performance to identify the need for amendments to existing contracts
  • Meet deadlines by being capable of prioritizing responsibilities and balancing workload


Skills

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in proposal writing
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, contract documents, and proposals development.
  • The ability to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish the work needed.
  • Excellent computer and organizational skills
  • Attention to details
  • Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to resolve client complaints and concerns
