Al Mulla Electronics Company is strategically partnering with a global leader and technology innovator in consumer electronics, home appliances, and HVAC systems and seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager. The chosen candidate, along with their team, will function as a marketing expert in both digital and non-digital realms. They will collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization and other principal leaders to devise and execute a marketing and sales strategy for the organization’s products, solutions and services. The goal is to support team to meet predetermined sales or market share objectives.
Key Tasks:
•Conduct market research, supervise product development and design, set prices, launch new products, manage advertising campaigns, and monitor sales performance to effectively market assigned products/services.
•Monitor, analyze, and evaluate domestic and international market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the product/service.
•Monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance and customer feedback to generate new product ideas. Identify product/service changes to meet customer needs. Collaborate with other areas of the organization (e.g., production, R&D) to implement these changes.
•Support in preparation of sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts. Adjust plans to improve the sales performance of the product/service.
•Liaise with advertising and promotions specialists to design sales campaigns and sales collateral for the product/service that are effective and appropriate for the target audience.
•Build, execute, and optimize strategic digital campaigns across multiple channels and platforms for the Home Electronics division.
•Execute lead generation campaigns (including SEO/SEM, digital advertising, social media, email campaigns, events, webinars, and more) to support business units.
•Work cross-functionally and with multiple digital agency partners to assist with building digital campaigns from start to finish.
•Utilize Google Analytics to monitor and analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence.
•Make recommendations based on results of campaigns, marketing and industry trends, and communicate findings to a variety of stakeholders.
•Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
•Assist with marketing products on the company's website from product creation to monitoring and updating, as required.
•Collaborate with internal teams and principal team to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
•Support in building compelling presentations to present digital plans and results to the senior team.
•Work with key partners & retailers on co-op digital marketing efforts, helping grow the company's share of online voice.
•Serve as a digital advisor by educating the organization on digital marketing best practices and trends and helping to evangelize digital marketing throughout the corporation.
•Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
