A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Develop and drive business enablers as articulated via country Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP)/ Operational Master Plan (OMP). Ensure governance via Monthly Business Planning Cycle (MBPC)
- Responsible to achieve the sales targets by planning customer, adhere to the forecast as planned and factoring lead times, supported by remaining well in line with the budgeted trade expenses/ investments
- Lead, coach, give regular feedback and recognize their team efforts and results.
- Support with building key customer relationship for sustainable business growth, conducting joint business plan (JBP).
- Implement effective spend strategy, optimize lead generation process, create new opportunities with the existing customer via menu ideation, new product penetrations & new customer coverages
- Compliance to internal SOP's and processes. Review policies annually to make sure they are still valid.
- Identify areas of opportunity and potential for improvement for the business
What Will Make You Successful…
- More than 5 years in Key Accounts, preferably in the Out of Home environment
- Strong experience in Sales & / or marketing
- Has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top line business results
- Distributor Management experience is preferred
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-category and cross functional teams in a high-performance work environment
- Need to have well rounded knowledge of (B2B E-commerce players, food aggregators, Food Manufacturers, Cloud Kitchens, Etc.)
- Ability to coordinate across to drive business intimacy with the Global and Regional out of home (OOH) customers
- Excellent Analytical / Microsoft skills, previous exposure to SAP ERP system is a plus

- Commercially strong – with good analytical skills
- Hands on experience of sales function
- Must have excellent communication skills (credible influencing & persuasion).
- Build internal & external wining relationships.
- Negotiations skills
- Kuwait driving License is a must
- Arabic & English fluency is a must
