  • Key Responsibilities: • Content Creation and Management: - Develop and curate engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). - Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely posting across all platforms. - Create multimedia content (e.g., graphics, videos, photos) that aligns with the brand’s voice and strategy. • Social Media Strategy - Implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. - Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to optimize content. • Community Engagement - Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to build relationships with followers and potential customers
  •  Engage with users, influencers, and online communities to grow the brand’s presence and foster loyalty. • Advertising and Promotions - Create and manage social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads). - Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for better ROI. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. - Proven track record of growing social media accounts and delivering measurable results. - Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn) and their respective algorithms. - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics tools. - Excellent communication and writing skills. - Experience with paid social media advertising. - Creative mindset and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: -Bilingual (Arabic and English) preferred

  • Knowledge of metrics like referral, organic, and social traffic, along with an understanding of SEO parameters.
  • Proven track record of published content as a writer, blogger, or social media handler.
  • Efficient in exchanging knowledge through written and informal discussions with colleagues and senior management.
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability.
