Job Announcement: Quality Control Officer

Woodpecker Decoration Materials, a company specialized in the sale, design, and implementation of exterior decorations and wood alternatives (WPC), is looking to hire a Quality Control Officer to join its outstanding team.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor quality at all stages of design and implementation to ensure adherence to high standards for exterior decorations and wood alternatives (WPC).
• Conduct periodic inspections and tests on products to ensure they meet technical specifications.
• Prepare detailed reports on inspection results, analyze them, and document any deviations from standards.
• Take over the project site before handing it over to clients, ensuring all quality standards are met.
• Hand over the site to the client after ensuring the quality of execution.
• Measure customer satisfaction post-delivery and gather feedback to improve future performance.
• Collaborate with the design and installation teams to solve quality-related issues and improve processes.
• Develop quality control procedures to prevent issues and ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in exterior decorations or wood alternatives (WPC).
• A degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Quality Management.
• Full familiarity with quality standards and the analysis and monitoring tools used in the field.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on results.
