Job Summary: This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Culinary Capital in Kuwait City. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, strong knowledge on Food cost reduction plan and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, optimizing processes for efficiency, and contributing to the development of new concepts. Collaborating with various teams to drive operational excellence and quality service delivery will also be a key part of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operations Management, Staff Supervision, and Process Optimization skills
· Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
· Problem-solving and decision-making skills
· Experience in the food and beverage industry
· Strong knowledge of ERP system (Microsys)
· Valid Kuwait driving license
· Experience in handling more than 8 cloud kitchens with a central kitchen operations
· Strong knowledge of online platforms aggregators
· Good experience in Home Delivery operations
Skills
· Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
· Experience of 5-10years
· Requirement open for Arab Nationals
· Strong analytical skills to examine data from all angles in order to make informed business decision
· Knowledge of the local market and the F&B Current trend.
· Communication- Must be fluent in English & Arabic.
