Job/Role Summary:

Job Description and Brief Overview of the Job Role:

  • We are looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager to be responsible for and help grow our B2B car parts sales as well as onboarding third-party services providers onto the Sparts application for our B2C services. The candidate will also be responsible for managing the relationships with customers and partners, negotiating deals and credit terms etc.


Key responsibilities

o Growing our B2B part sales line, going out in the market to garages, repair shops, agencies etc., demonstrating our capabilities, signing contracts, handling purchase orders etc.

o Meeting with third party services providers, pitching them, gain their business, onboard them to the app. Help achieve our revenue goals.

o Managing client relationships, build and maintain strong relationships with key business clients. Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

o Developing effective sales strategies.

o Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients.

o Negotiate and close deals with B2B clients, ensuring favorable terms for Sparts.

o Work with marketing team to come up with sales initiatives for customer acquisition.

o Work with Operations manager to fulfil purchase orders.

o Work with accounting to ensure favorable credit terms and improve cash flow position.

o Monitor sales performance across both B2B and B2C channels, using data to refine sales tactics and strategies.

o Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for growth.

o Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.

o Provide input on product offerings and pricing strategies based on customer feedback and market research.

o Collaborate on promotional activities and events to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

o Conduct regular research on market conditions, competitor activities, and emerging trends in the automotive industry.

o Use insights from research to stay ahead of the competition and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

o Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process to enhance efficiency and close rates.

o Implement tools and technologies that streamline sales operations and improve the customer experience.


Job/Role Requirements:

What we’re looking for…

  • A experienced results-oriented Sales Manager who can drive growth in both B2B and B2C channels within the automotive industry. You will lead sales within Sparts, develop strategic plans, and build strong relationships with both business clients and consumers.


The ideal candidate…

  • Has a strong background in both B2B and B2C sales, ideally within the automotive sector, and has experience with sales in Kuwait. They are a proven leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of managing relationships with diverse client bases while driving performance across multiple sales channels.


Skills, Experiences and Qualifications needed

o MUST be fluent in English and Arabic

o Must have proficiency in using CRM and ERP systems. Must have advanced knowledge and experience with MS Office suite.

o Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the automotive, tech, or related industries.

o Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales dynamics, with the ability to tailor strategies for different audiences.

o Experience leading and motivating sales teams to meet and exceed targets.

o Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed decisions.

o Expertise in negotiation, with a proven track record of closing complex B2B deals and driving high-value B2C transactions.

o Understanding of sales forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning to ensure profitability.

o Demonstration of working with cross functional teams to meet business objectives.

o Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring timelines and goals are met.


Preferred qualifications

o Experience in the automotive parts industry, with established connections to key industry players.

o University degree, preferably in business or related fields.

o 5+ years of sales experience.


KPIs

  • Revenue Growth: Achieve or exceed sales targets across both B2B and B2C channels.
  • Customer Retention: Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention rates, particularly in key B2B accounts.
  • Sales Team Performance: Ensure that the sales team consistently meets individual and collective performance goals, measured by key metrics such as conversion rates and sales pipeline velocity.
  • Market Share Growth: Increase Sparts' market share within key B2B segments (e.g., auto repair shops, dealerships) and B2C markets.
  • New Client Acquisition: Number of new B2B clients or partnerships secured and the volume of new B2C customers gained.

Compensation

  • 450 KD monthly base salary with commission % based on sales revenue generated. Potential to earn up to 2000KD monthly.
  • Health insurance and legal contracts will be handled by Sparts.


Job Details

  • This is a full time role.
  • This role will be on-site and remote. You will be required to visit the office most days, however the job will entail being out of site for the sales role. Thus, a driver’s license and means to travel to/from work and out of site locations is a must.
  • Our office is located in Kuwait City.
