Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Holiday Consultant at Caesars Travel Group located in Kuwait City. The Holiday Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in planning and booking holidays, providing recommendations on destinations and travel packages, booking hotels, cars, ferries, charter flights, cruises, meet & assist, etc., and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Knowledge of holiday destinations and travel packages
• Experience in holiday planning and booking
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
