Role Overview
As a
Support Developer in the fintech domain, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the smooth operation of our financial services platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve bugs, deploy fixes, and enhance system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve technical issues in fintech applications (e.g., payment gateways, banking systems).
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for production issues and escalations.
- Collaborate with the development team to roll out bug fixes and system updates.
- Monitor and ensure platform performance and availability.
- Write scripts to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or Node.js for backend troubleshooting.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP).
- Familiarity with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools.
- Strong communication skills to interface with cross-functional teams and clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the fintech industry with payment systems or financial platforms.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and data security standards (e.g., PCI-DSS).
