Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will Supervise the execution of the Toyota Marketing plan in order to achieve the annual marketing strategy and facilitate the selling process of products and services.
Must be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on the execution of monthly promotions and campaigns including but not limited to individual model promotions.
- Follow up on material adaptations for marketing campaigns.
- Finalize the digital and physical POS materials for the showrooms and conduct periodic showroom visits to ensure implementation deadlines.
- Follow up on Ministry license for outdoor showroom banners in order to share it with the suppliers for banner production/s.
- Coordinate with online team for social media adaptations.
- Create a monthly content calendar for social media channels including but not limited to weekly story posts related to models, showrooms and sales staffs, Toyota brand innovations, and innovations within MNSS group, proofread and secure approval from Department Manager for execution.
- Follow-up on the website content and any digital platform related to Toyota, perform required corrections, add or remove content as per business requirement.
- Review social media comments and engage with customers with appropriate information and replies.
- Follow up on the Central Media Hub notifications and download content to update the model library. Present available contents with the team for weekly evaluation and prepare utilization plan.
- Coordinate with the showroom staff for Social media coverage in the showrooms.
- Prepare the draft marketing script based on the input by department Manager.
- Follow up with digital screen vendor on status of screens and ensure functioning of all advertising digital screens.
- Coordinate all Toyota Marketing events in terms of installation and event setup such as Car launch/Open day/Mall displays etc.
- Ensure physical transportation of display vehicles to event locations by coordinating with PDI team.
- Supervise the Mall displays through arrangement of POS materials (Brochures/Video content/Spec sheets/IT equipments), vehicle transportation (Receiving and delivery after event),event setup and installation of displays (and dismantling/storage after event completion), daily monitoring of event setup - sales team schedule/daily prospect collection to be shared with the superior/prospect collection by the promoter to be monitored.
- Coordinate with the Sales Planning team for Catalog production.
- Follow up with the Finance team on all invoices and coordinate with the suppliers for any queries.
- Arrange for all Gift requirements of the delivery center
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
- Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
