Job Responsibilities

  • Execute the recruitment cycle [end to end process] within the team.
  • Manage corporate phone screens, schedule interviews with potential candidates and organize candidate logistics for clients.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including social media platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and professional platforms like Naukri, Shine, Monster, LinkedIn, and Bayt.
  • Experience in hiring candidates from both IT and Non-IT backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with recruiting concepts and staying updated with the latest trends.
  • Proficiency in recruiting techniques such as headhunting, calling, networking sites, referrals, and internet-based recruiting tools.
  • Strong experience in bulk hiring.
  • Understanding of the local hiring market for relevant technology skill sets, conducting market analysis, and identifying suitable applicants.
  • Build and maintain strong social media presence.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
  • Achieve the target set by the company and as assigned by the recruitment manager
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and handle multiple demands simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a target-driven environment.
  • Experience of working in a target-driven environment.



Skill Requirement

  • The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills are required to interact with managers, candidates, clients and team members
  • Proficiency in using online sourcing tools that include web postings, diversity channels and cold calling
  • Experienced in social media recruiting
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) and internet research skills
  • Must be detail oriented and able to proof and edit documents, spreadsheets, etc.
  • Must be able to handle confidential information


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred with at least 5+ years of experience in Recruitment.
  • Strong commitment to client and candidate as evidenced by responsive, well-crafted communications via email, phone or in-person; must be customer service oriented
  • Ability to listen, maintain flexibility, meet deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team
